• Refunds and Cancellation

    Merchandise Returns:

    We accept returns of most unopened, unused products within 14 days, with receipt.
    We’re sorry, but hair accessories and styling tools cannot be returned or refunded.

    Appointment Changes:
    We understand that plans change. Please let us know right away if you need to adjust your appointment day/time(s).

    Appointment Cancellations:
    To cancel an individual appointment, please call the salon at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a “No-Show” fee.

    To cancel a group appointment, please call the salon at least 72 hours in advance to avoid a fee.

    Group cancellations at least 48-72 hours in advance will be charged at 50% of the booked service(s).

    Group cancellations within 48 hours of booked appointment(s) will be charged the full “No-Show” fee.

    “No-Show” fee is equal to the entire cost of the reserved service(s).

    Online Cancellations:
    To cancel an appointment made through our online booking system, please refer to the online booking policy. If you have trouble with the online system, please call the salon directly.
